Mark and his crew did an amazing job on our driveway. We had asphalt ripped out and quality concrete installed. I had 5-6 companies come to estimate my planned job and chose to go with Strayer Concrete. Mark and I had good conversation and I knew he was genuine with what he was advising me of. Bottom line, I trusted him and his word from day one. My quotes had a $11k range from the lowest to the highest. I trusted Strayer the most, even though they were not the lowest, but definitely not the highest either. I highly recommend Mark Strayer and Strayer Concrete.

Excellent! I never thought concrete could look like a piece of Artwork. Very professional, they used Rebar, plus a higher Quantity of cement. We had it stamped and had a color added, plus they sealed it when it was curd.

After calling a few concrete contractors recommended by friends with no return calls i received a coupon in the mail from Strayer. I called and they came out within a day to give me an estimate. They had an opening in their schedule quicker than anticipated and were very professional and kept everything neat. The project turned out great! I have recommended to others that needed concrete work.

Contracted with Strayed Concrete last fall to remove a very large deck (nearly surrounding my entire house) in preparation for pouring two patios, a new front porch and adjoining sidewalks in the spring. Mark promised completion by May 1. Not only did Mark and his team meet that deadline, they did a beautiful job - I am completely satisfied with his work and looking forward to enjoying time outside!

It's a dream come true to see our kids dribbling basketballs, riding bikes, rollerblading on our new driveway- Installed by **** ******* and his team. Our old concrete driveway was a disaster. Met **** through a referral. He took on our project. I was impressed in that- Everyone worked as a team. It was a big job and they had the insight to make everything right. Strayer came out this spring to complete a partial driveway replacement and removal of 2 porches. The job involved a lot of tear out , and we had struggled for many years to find a contractor to take on this job - apparently many concrete contractors just want to do patios and sidewalks. Met with Mark and he agreed to take on the job and we had confidence it would be done right. They were thorough and got the job done much quicker then expected in only 2 days! We will need additional work in the future and will call Mark. Thank you!

Mark and Ben Strayer and their crew went over and above to make sure our pole barn floor was of the highest quality. They worked with our construction crew and made sure they were available to pour according to the build schedule, even if it was at the crack of dawn. They even completed tasks the builders missed (graded the dirt outside the pole barn). Most importantly, the concrete floor is top notch. I have 100% trust and confidence in their expertise and knowledge when it comes to making best recommendations and completing the job.

Our driveway and sidewalk look fantastic thanks to the excellent work of the team of Strayer Concrete! Our original concrete drive was not put in correctly and was crumbling. This presented a challenge to remove and correct before pouring the new driveway. We found Mark Strayer to be a man of integrity. Mark and his crew were amazing. We had seen their results from other concrete jobs done on our street and we were impressed and our neighbors had nothing but great comments. Our job was a driveway and multiple side walk work. Our driveway had been asphalt. We knew we wanted the driveway expanded and some sidewalks fixed. Mark made some great suggestions especially with the slate stamping and the color. He actually thought about the historic home we had and gave us the perfect recommendations about the color and stamping but never pressured us on making any decision. He also was able to fix a sidewalk and apron water accumulation issue that has bothered us for years. The whole job process was beyond our expectations. The results were something that has made us very proud . They worked their butts off. Efficient. Productive. Timely. Respectful. And the crew worked so well together. They even sang some songs while working. Oh. And the price was more than reasonable. Totally recommend Mark!

We called Strayer for an estimate and he was able to stop by at the end of his work day. Mark came and was dressed for work he apologized and said he could return after he had time to change. I told him it was ok and we gave him our vision. Mark was very patient with us and explained how he pours concrete and why he does things old school. I was impressed with his passion for his craft. We did our homework and discussed jobs completed by Mark and everyone said the same thing. Strayer did great work. We signed our contract and he was spot on with his date for starting our patio. His crew are a great bunch of hard working guys and they took exceptional care to not damage our home or yard. The final product is a beautiful patio and we're very satisfied with Mark's work. The one thing that stands out with Mark Strayer is he the owner is on the job site everyday from start to finish. Thanks Mark!!
